Chris and his professional team at Chris Cassar Auto Repair have been taking care of our vehicles for more than a decade (V70 Volvo, Honda Civic and a GMC Acadia). Over the years, all of these cars have had some minor and some major issues. For each issue, Chris always clearly explained the problem, the solution, the options for repair, and provided an estimated timeline and cost for the job. After making an appointment, we could be sure that subsequent repairs would be completed in a timely and professional manner. If any issues arose during the process Chris would always promptly communicate with us if he thought we needed to make any decisions. I was always confident that the job would get done properly and as economically as possible within a reasonable time frame. Chris has a deep knowledge of the vehicles he works on and he is also a pleasant and patient person. I plan to continue taking our vehicles to Chris Cassar Auto Repair for servicing and maintenance for as long as I own vehicles.

We absolutely trust Chris and Chris Cassar Auto. He is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain any of the issues our vehicles have had and how he has resolved the issue. We always receive an itemized bill that fully explains any of the charges and he informs us of upcoming repairs we could expect due to the age of the vehicle or parts. Chris has looked after our cars for about 15 years. I know nothing about vehicle maintenance but my vehicles always work well! He has even done inspections on used vehicles our sons brought in when they were looking to buy. He is an excellent mechanic and many people know this so we book a few days ahead because we know he is busy!

Asked around for someone to help me get my aftermarket exhaust tips on since welding and cutting was needed, few mechanics either couldn’t and/or didnt wanna help me. Got in contact with Chris’s shop, helped as soon as possible the same day saving me so much time. Chris and his team are definitely trustworthy and straight up with you, first time i actually felt comfortable around a mechanic. Finished the job within an hour, looks great! Very Underrated shop. Should definitely check it out for any of your auto needs.
