Probably the worst service I've ever received in my life at a garage. After bringing my car in for an mvi I received the car back with a broken exhaust. So loud you could not drive the vehicle and leaking fumes so bad into the car you could not breathe. Dean's refused to help me or do anything about the problem they created. instead they were more interested in trying to blame me saying the car was like that when it arrived when it was not at all. Customers beware very poor service and unprofessional. One would expect after giving their car to a garage that they would get it back in the same condition little did I know I was in for a big surprise when I went to pick up my car.

Went for a MVI, car didn’t pass. Their quote $1900. Went to another garage $340 and it passed MVI.I was a loyal customer, not anymore.Shows what a rip off Deans auto has become.

TURNS OUT THEY ARE FRAUD!!!SUMMERS**must be a mis understanding **I went back cause my car had low RPM(low power)I did not get the RED engine light, so according to BMW my engine should be fine. Before I can test out the car to start it. For some reason one of the guys took out the engine belt. So I waited all night in my car, ordered some Main Town Pizza, and did some research. According to my research it seems to be that the fuel injector’s need to be tightened and cleaned. They all got loose while I was driving on a flat.I’ll keep all you posted to see what the guys at Dean’s automotive have to say!Otherwise I’ll have to get it towed to Halifax BMW,Bless!*** new post above**Thé guys at Deans automotive in Elmsdale, Nova Scotia , were great ! I came in with my BMW and Gary got the parts on the same day! and (got things done) with in the hour) Rodney who worked on the vehicle showed me what was going on and educated me on how to maintain and clean the area. These guys are awesome!I highly recommended for any one with a vehicle to drop by and see for your self !Great waiting area with guest wifi available!Best Experience ever at a shop!Best place in town!!!Bless!

Dean's was great! Brought my wife's car in for an oil change, asked if they safety vehicles as well -they do- and if they could fit one in for her car as well. Without hesitation they said yeah

They were able to get my car in for a new starter same day and had it fixed the next morning!Very reasonable pricing.Will be returning in the near future.

HORRIBLEIf could give less than one star I would. the worst place I have ever gone to most disrespectful people I've ever met the truck had barely any scratches before it went into the shop and when it came back out the right side of the box was scratched badly, so I went in and told them. When I told the one guy about the scratches the truck had he went into the shop and I could hear them laughing their heads off about it Few minutes later an older man came out and denied anything that happened to the truck and said if want to be like that to never come back and almost threw the keys at me and then I had to take the truck back to the person selling and explain why her truck was scratched to pieces Definitely do not recommend going to this place worst place I have ever gone to.

My heater hose sprung a leak and I had coolant everywhere. I called the shop and they got me in same day. I was in and out in an hour and my issue fully fixed. I highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced by Dean's Automotive/Bumper to Bumper. Thanks for the great service guys!

Best mechanic I've been to. Very honest and open about what needs to be done. Gary is a sweetheart, and the mechanic that fixed my engine has magical hands! The car runs better now than when I bought it a few months ago. Thank you deans auto for helping me, and for being available so last minute when I barely rolled my way into your drive way with a breaking car and a baby in the back seat.

No shops around here were taking more business in as they were already full and scheduling ahead up until mid January but deans auto could fit me in to just have my car looked at and fix an obvious issue, and so I went through with it just to try and have my car fixed and for me not to wait two weeks but soon after getting my car back and talking to dean I realized that he didn’t take much pride in his work since the only thing I really took the car in for wasn’t fixed or touched. Dean basically told me that it would be much more of a job to fix what was needed to be fixed and that it’s fine if we don’t fix it. He drilled holes in my bumper to attach the lip to the car with zip ties which honestly shocked me. Now I can fully understand why Deans auto has no customers and has no right being in this business if there isn’t an ounce of pride or effort being taken in the work.
