I have been taking my cars to Oakridge Auto for more than 10 years - the best service I ever had. Very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, always there to help. I would never go to another shop. I even take my new cars to Oakridge and not to the dealer.Brad - what a great guy!

We’ve been bringing our Mercedes cars and suvs here for the past 5 years. From the beginning we find Brad thoroughly knowledgeable on the Benz brand, new and old, fair in pricing, and honest as the day is long. All you can ask from a mechanic, especially when you drive an expensive vehicle and potentially more to repair.We would highly recommend Brad at Oakridge for any car repair, but if you are looking for a Mercedes mechanic, this is the place to go!

This is the second time I have used Brad to service my C300 and I am more than satisfied with his work and will return when required. I was able to make an appointment and have the work completed on time and at the price quoted. Brad is very knowledgeable about Mercedes and provides pointers and recommendations to save you money down the road.

Brad was very thorough with helping me diagnose the issues my E250 was having. O.A.S has a honest approach with handling customers and they charge very reasonable prices for the level of service and value they provide to their customers. On October 24 2022, I was driving; my Mercedes-Benz C300. And started hearing a whining noise, coming from the; engine bay. I drove back home and parked it. Then I researched Mercedes-Benz, mechanics and came across; Oakridge Auto Service on Google.Once I decided, that Oakridge Auto Service; was the BEST establishment. To contact, about inquiring; about diagnosing the problem. I called Oakridge Auto Service; on October 25 2022, at 10:10 and spoke with Brad. Who was friendly and told me, that I can drop off; my vehicle.The following morning, at 0800 for; diagnostics also, I definitely appreciated. The HIGH QUALITY, of service I received and at 1639; Brad informed me. That the, ALTERNATOR BEARING WENT BAD AND THE METAL SHAVINGS WENT EVERYWHERE". 5 stars isn’t enough to rate Brad and Oakridge Auto! I took my daughter to the drive centre for her G2 road test which she wasn’t able to do due to a tail light being out. I came next door to see if Brad could help and he went above a beyond to get it fixed. He didn’t have the right bulb so I ran over to Hyundai to get the bulb and came back, to my dismay they gave me a turn signal light not a tail light bulb. He was able to use a light he had on hand as a temporary solution so she could at least take her road test. With out having him help out like that she wouldn’t have been able to do her test. Once she was finished I got the right bulb from Hyundai and came back and Brad installed it in no time and sent me on my way. A HUGE thanks to Brad for being an integral part of our successful day. Plus the shop dog is insanely cute!
